Abstract

This research aims to study confidence in the judicial process and the factors affecting people's confidence in the judicial process. This study is a quantitative research of the population in this research, namely people in Bangkok, using the formula of Taro Yamane. On a case-by-case basis, the sample had the greatest confidence in the justice system and that everyone had the highest access to justice. The average was 4.72, followed by the problem of justice being law and law enforcement, and money to buy justice. The factors that affected confidence in the judicial process at the highest level of 0.05 were news with 38.0% effect (p value = 0.000) and knowledge with no effect.
