Factors affecting The Happiness of Police Officers Police Station Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study 1) the happiness in the work of police officers Police Station, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province. 2) nature of work Relationships at work and compensation and benefits of police officers Police Station, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province. 3) factors with relationship to happiness at workfor police officers Police Station, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province. 4) factors affecting happiness at work of police officers Police Station, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province. This research is quantitative research. The sample group used in the research was police officers. Chiang Saen Police Station, 115 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were Statistical Analysis of Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings found: 1) happiness in the work of police officers Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province Provincial Police Station is at a high level. The third dimension, Happy Heart, is the dimension that the police officers at The Chiang Saen Police Station were happy at work first (X ̅ = 4.20), followed by the fourth dimension, Happy Soul (X ̅ = 3.89), the ninth dimension (X ̅ = 3.83) respectively. 2) nature of work Relationships at work and compensation and benefits is a pleasure to work of police officers Police Station, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province. By the nature of work the most followed by relationships at work and compensation and benefits. 3) factors with a relationship to happiness at work namely nature of work Relationships at work and compensation and benefits statistically significant at the 0.01 level, there was a high level of correlation in the same direction. 4) factors affecting happiness at work of police officers Police Station, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai Province by factors affecting happiness at work statistically significant at the 0.05 level was the most namely Relationships at work and compensation and benefits.
